It enables customers to personalize and book services like animators, shows, and other entertainment programs via a custom event constructor. The website was built using WordPress and WooCommerce, integrating the flexibility of a custom CMS with e-commerce capabilities.

    • Categories include Birthday Parties, New Year, Graduation Parties, Mother’s Day, and other holidays like Knowledge Day and Maslenitsa (traditional Russian festival).

    • Sections with various performances, such as New Year’s Shows, Theater Shows, and Animators for different occasions.
  4. Quests and Entertainment
    • Quest games for children, including New Year Quests.
  5. Safety Programs and Special Events
    • Programs focused on safety education, as well as celebrations like Christenings, Weddings, and Jubilees.
  6. HR and Corporate Events
    • Business events such as Corporate Gatherings, Round Tables, Promotions, and Exhibitions.
  7. Services and Portfolio
    • Detailed service offerings and a portfolio of completed projects.

The project began with a full analysis of the user journey, user interface, and expected interactions. The site’s design was created in Figma, where user experience was the priority, ensuring ease of navigation and aesthetic appeal. The design reflects a balance between elegance and functionality, showcasing a modern interface suitable for the corporate events and entertainment industry.

SEO played a crucial role in the overall success of this project, with a focus on both on-page and off-page strategies. A thorough analysis of the competition and search behavior trends helped shape the semantic core—the foundation of keyword planning. This involved gathering an extensive set of highly relevant, targeted keywords related to event management, parties, corporate celebrations, and more.

Semantic Core & Keyword Mapping:

  • The semantic core was meticulously built by identifying high-volume search queries for specific event types such as “children’s birthday parties,” “corporate event planning,” and “wedding entertainment.” Using SEO tools and research methods, we gathered around 1000–3000 relevant keywords, structured into primary, secondary, and long-tail keywords.
